The mission of Progressive Alliance Community Development Corporation (PACDC) is to enhance and advocate for the neighborhoods of West Akron by promoting a healthy community to foster sustainable economic growth.
Progressive Alliance Community Development Corporation (PACDC) is a 501(c)3 non- profit organization that advocates and promotes Healthy Families and Healthy Communities through Economic Development, Affordable Housing and Wellness Services for the residents and communities of Akron. Since 2018, led by its founder, Dr. David Nelson, Progressive Alliance CDC (PACDC) has led innovative programming and services in the West Akron neighborhood and its residents, particularly in the Maple Valley, East Copley Road and Sherbondy Hill neighborhoods. Progressive Alliance Community Development Corporation home based is West Akron, Ohio. The corporation is actively involved in economic development for West Akron.
